Holly Bernhardt has been Rejuv’s Clinic Director since 2007. Holly received her BBS in Business Management from the University of North Dakota and was one of the founding members of Rejuv and has been an integral part of growing the business from 4 employees to 40. Holly oversees daily operations at Rejuv with a focus on financial and human resource management. She brings a passion for not just providing an amazing customer experience but creating a truly exceptional culture for staff and patients alike. With her industry knowledge, Holly loves mentoring those around her to elevate them professionally and personally.
Clinical Care Manager at Rejuv
Kellie Daley received her aesthetic license from The Salon Professional Acadamy in 2009 and has been in the aesthetic industry for almost ten years. She started with Rejuv 8 years ago as an aesthetician and worked her way to the Clinic Care Manager position. Kellie currently coaches over 20 providers to grow them professionally and personally to reach sales goals and their full potential as a team member. Kellie’s focus with consultants is on increasing retail sales, service sales, rebook, and retention. Her consulting and professional experience also includes coaching to the behaviors of providers to get the ideal number outcomes. Kellie was chosen to speak at the TBP conference where she had the opportunity to educate other Spas and Clinic on coaching to behaviors to achieve sales goals. Kellie is passionate about coaching providers to create an experience for their patients that is unlike any other by enhancing their education in the industry.

Madison Johnson received her Bachelor’s from Western Michigan University in Communication and a Master’s in Digital Marketing. Madison has experience in marketing for non-profits, small businesses, and fortune 500 companies. She also has experience teaching digital marketing at the university setting. Madison is passionate about educating businesses on how to adopt a marketing strategy specific to the business’s target audience in order to get the best return on investment. She works closely with clients on content marketing, pay-per-click advertising, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and website development. Tana Shereck, RN, BSN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector and Safety and Compliance Coordinator at Rejuv
Tana Shereck received her BSN from the University of North Dakota College of Nursing and has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. Tana is a member of the International Society of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Nurses (ISPAN), the Dermatology Nursing Association (DNA), and currently serves as a board member of the North Dakota Medical Spa Association. Tana has been with Rejuv since 2011 where she started applying her nursing background to her passion for helping people feel confident in the way they look and feel. Tana specializes in the medical aesthetic consultation by combining injectables and lasers to optimize patient outcomes. When consulting, Tana focuses on her talents of sustaining patients by setting up an injectable and laser plan along the cosmetic continuum. She also enjoys educating on the science and safety of the aesthetic industry to minimize complications and optimize patient results.

Erin went back to school to pursue her dream job as an aesthetician at The Salon Professional Academy and has been in the aesthetic industry for over four years. Erin has a passion for education, innovation, and pushing businesses to the next level in the aesthetic industry. Erin has a special interest in helping her patients achieve overall skin health. She has a hunger for knowledge and has extended advanced education in Bellus Skin Pen, Dermal Infusion, Chemical Exfoliation, and Topix Pharmaceuticals. Erin focuses on educating businesses on building an innovative retail system and consistent patient experiences in order to establish continuous success.
